E-assignment 2:2

A young couple, Anna and Max, are sitting in their livingroom. It’s a Friday night and they are having a fight about Anna going out with her friends. The atmosphere is tense between them.

- You can´t be serious?! I´m a grown woman. If I want to go out with my girlfriends there is nothing you can say that would make me change my mind!
- Honey, I just don´t trust…
- What? You don´t trust me?
- Of course I trust you! I just don´t trust your friends or other men.
- I can´t belive you. You really think that I go out just to flirt. And this has nothing to do with my friends so don´t drag them into this discussion. And by the way, I think that you owe me after what happened at your company party last year.
- Are you really not going to make me regret that…slip?
- Well, don´t think that just because you kissed a colleague I´ll go out and do the same.
- The reason I don´t trust anyone regarding this is because I know how easy it is to fall for the preassure and exitment. We have already had such a hard time with my slip. I don´t want you doing the same in rage.
- Is that what you think? That i´d do something like that out of rage or just to get back at you? You really don´t know me at all, do you? And besides, you can´t possibly meen that your slip has been as hard for on as it has on me! You were the one making the choice of cheat on me.
- Baby, I really regret that, and besides, it was only a kiss. I think you better get over that it even happened. It´s not like i´m going to do it again. If she wasn´t really hot. (He had a teasing smile on his lips as he said the last).
- Oh, you thin that´s funny? Do you really think that I would find this amusing?
I´m going out, whether you like it or not. End of discussion!
- Well, f that’s how you feel perhaps you should stay out, not coming back.
- Maybe you´re right. I don´t think we have anything in common anymore. I´m going to stay with Ashley tonight, and tomorrow i´ll come here so we can talk and pick up my stuff. And, Max, please don´t call me tonight!
(She turned around and left the apartment, and Max, feeling happy of her decision).

Nice scenario! But there was one thing I didn't like about it and that was the last sentence. I would rather see that Max is astonished than happy about her exit.
